1) Who we are

These Terms govern your use of playnexanz.com (the “Service”) operated by PlayNex ANZ Limited (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age where you are, if higher).
• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for suspected breaches, fraud, or security risk.

3) Social casino / virtual currency

• The Service uses virtual coins/chips and virtual items for gameplay only.
• Virtual coins/chips are not money, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable, refundable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash or anything of real-world value.
• Optional purchases (if offered) buy a limited licence to use virtual items; they do not create ownership rights.

4) Acceptable use

• Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Don’t harass others, post unlawful content, or violate privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Don’t buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual currency outside the Service.

5) Intellectual property & licence

We (and our licensors) own the Service, software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Suspension, termination & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your access and any virtual items may be lost.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies).

8) Disputes, governing law

If a dispute arises, contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by New Zealand law. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, with venue in Auckland.
